Emma made me feel very comfortable and confident when discussing a change of hairstyle. My shoulder-length hair was styled into a short cut which looks and feels fantastic! Already, when washing and styling my hair at home, it is absolutely obvious that the hair has been cut by an experienced hairstylist!
