The lounge I went to sit on was dirty, didn't get the stylist I booked because of a mix up earlier in the day and She was too busy. The stylist I got was nice but everything seemed rushed.

im normally always happy with the end result, but this time I was disappointed as I asked for the blonde colour to be the same as previous and it was more mousy brown, which made the overall look, not impressing. upon saying i wasn't happy, my answer was " the other girl who did the colour had put a toner in as she thought it would look more natural" . I will give this hairdressers another go, as i have been happy every other time, but i will insist on them doing it as i requested.

On the day that i came i had one of the apprentices shampoo my hair (and remove foils) and thought that she was not really focused as was looking everywhere else but at what she was doing and pulled my hair several times and only shampooed once, as i am sure that it normally gets done twice. I then had another apprentice dry my hair and she also pulled and got hair tangled in brush and continued to tug away even though i said that she was pulling my hair. It was not relaxing as it usually is, but i guess that they have to learn but also listen to the customer's needs.
