Naomi was absolutely brilliant, friendly and calm and she knew exactly how to avoid stressing my injury while providing a soothing and relaxing environment. Also call out to the tiniest detail - while she was doing my back she made sure that my feet were covered to keep me warm. It was such a small thing but really appreciated.

I mentioned it to the service desk as I left, that the men’s showers were looking pretty grotty. They were thankful to hear that, saying they don’t get a chance to check it themselves, as all-female staff. I forgot to tell them: the silicon seal to the steam room was starting to come off.

Unfortunately the experience this time was not as good as the previous time. For an eyelash and eyebrow tint I would have thought any employee could manage that but no. There was no skin protection applies and I figured that the therapist was extra careful and skilled. I didn’t notice in the mirror when shown and wondered why people were looking at me strange in the street. When I got in the car I could t believe the amount of colour stain I had around my eyebrows. I had to come home and use alcohol wipes to remove it. Fortunately some of it came off and I now don’t look hideous.

I had the pleasure of being looked after by Naomi, she had angelic hands.. took her time and pampered me for a massage and facial...she's a keeper

Lovely space, great pool and spa facilities. My facial and massage treatment with Joanna was exceptional.
