I am very happy with the service I receive at Renelle's - at the moment Nicola is cutting my hair and she is doing an excellent job. I do hope she stays as it is sometimes difficult to find a good cutter.

I know things happen to delay processes, but having to wait up until an hour after my scheduled appointment before I was sat in a chair and work commenced on my hair is not good, particularly when no apology is offered, nor a cup of tea or coffee offered whilst waiting. I really like the way my hair is done by your stylists and keep coming back because of that factor, and don't mind a 10 or 15 minute delay, but one hour is totally unprofessional.

Always great service , friendly staff - getting a bit too pricey for budget lately though which is why I rated lower on value for money . Haven't compared prices with other salons though so maybe it us you'd value ???

Renelle's provides excellent customer service, and always listen to my needs and respect my ideas. I continue returning to Renelle's as I receive the colour, cut and service I expect at a reasonable price.

I recently attended the salon for a spray tan. I found the staff very lovely, informative and the atmosphere friendly. I found this service to be very private as I was in a spray booth and not manually sprayed. Compared to manual spray tans which I have had in the past. I was a little disappointed with the finish on the tan. I followed the instructions as advised by watching a DVD but I found one arm to be a lot lighter in colour than the other. I felt the spray time on the booth was to quick and I would have been very happy with double the spray time. On a happier note, I did love the natural colour as there were no orange undertones.
