My appointment was at 3:15 and i didn’t leave till 4:45pm ish. I was charged $88 and I was expecting around $70 for my medium length hair and I was charged for extra long hair. I was late for my event, my friends and i had booked all together hoping to leave around 4pm (as the time said 45 mins). Disappointed, unprofessional and no discount was provided.

I booked for 2:45 and did not start getting my hair washed until 3:35 after having to ask as i was then running late for my event. the haircut was rushed and nothing like what i asked for and the pictures i showed. i asked for layers and got two large chunks cut out the front of my hair, as shown in the photo. when i spoke to staff i did not get an apology once. the rollers were left in my hair for minimal time to make up for the lost time meaning my hair did not hold its blowout. i am very disappointed with this salon and upset that my hair was not how i had hoped for my ball.

I've been attending you salon regularly for a little while now, and have Jemma often doing my hair. I find her quality of service to be incredible and she is friendly and lovely. However recently I have had a different person doing my haircut who has made a few interesting comments. Pointing at hairdressers to ask how I want my hair to look and then saying I will never get my hair that long as it is very "damaged" and how I will not be able to grow it out if I keep damaging it. I'm all for the truth, but the way it is delivered can come across rather rude. I have had her do my haircut twice now and I am seriously considering changing salons as a result. Jemma however is lovely.

I'm always very pleased with my cut/style and appreciate the care Mikela takes. I also appreciate that Mikela is always on time. I find all of the staff very professional and helpful. Katie is fantastic when I try and change my appointment time. Thanks to all of you. Gerard

Hi, thanks for a great service on 4th November (hair (style only (no up-do) and make-up (I arrived with my foundation already on). I was very happy with the results, my only comment was on the cost of the service and that it was a little high at $160. Previously I had hair and make-up done at raw element and the cost was ~ $100. I understand that this may be under cost now as this was a few years ago, $160 is a little much though for a style and make-up. Kind Regards, Di
