As all of my family are out of Melbourne & my friends are not from this area it would not be convenient for them to come to Raquels unless it was a one off visit. That's the reason I marked lowly for the last question.

The service here is always fantastic and they always do such a great job. However on this occassion I was very disappointed with my leg wax. I have numerous parts of both legs that were missed completely. On this occasion it was not worth spending the money to get them done professionally when I do a better job myself.

I had Gulsen today and she was so lovely and did a wonderful job. I often have dry stubborn hairs that won't come out, but she took the time to get them all. However, she was alone in the salon today and had to step out many times to talk to walk-in clients enquiring at the front desk. She did a wonderful job considering being in this situation, and was very understanding and patient, however it was frustrating as a client to have to stop and wait sometimes for 5-10 minutes during a treatment. It took a lot longer than it should have. Please consider having a minimum of two staff on at all times.
