I've been a client of Raquel's skin care since it first opened. The ambience of the Center is one of relaxation,conbined with refreshing smells of oils and relaxing music in the background. Raquel and her staff are very welcoming and obliging, who make you feel very special whether I'm getting my eyebrows plucked or a facial etc. I've recommended friends and family and they in turn have recommended other clients to share the experience

Found this place by mistake and have never looked back, the women who work in the salon are so friends, welcoming, calm and you know that when they give advice its REAL and they are genuinely interested in doing the best for their clients. This is the best salon I have been to and will never look back....P.S. love that they are open on a Monday. Thank you to all the staff for being so great.

I love going to Raquel's skin care centre, the staff is wonderful, very professional and friendly. I never have to wait, the appointments are always on time. Highly recommended.

Hi Raquel, I have previously mentioned this to you. What your business is missing is recognition for loyal customers. You do have specials every month, which is good for attracting business, however, these offers do not differentiate in any way a customer off the street versus customers who come in more regularly. You could have a loyalty card (stamp card or otherwise) where for example after a customer spends certain amount thresholds with you you can give them eg 10% of their next visit's spend. The specials you have are good for people who may need that type of service only. Coming back to you is more enticing for regular customers if we'd be treated such ie more special since we bring in business to you on a regular basis. :) Carmen
