Just have one complaint - during my couple of visits whilst receiving facials people were talking very loudly and laughing in the front of the salon which went on for quite a while and which I felt deviated from the relaxing atmosphere obviously trying to be created within the salon.

I absolutely love the Australian "Skinstitut' range & most affordable for great quality & results. Love Sothys too. Monthly offers, especially facials are fantastic. Rachel should feel incredibly proud of her business & have to say Catherine takes good care of both Mum (Jean) & I if Rachel is not available. Would highly recommend Rachel's to anyone!
