Although there is usually not much waiting time, it is very small in the outer room and the stools for seating are not adequate for all ages and sizes. This is not up to the standard of your pampering service. I have always enjoyed my experience with you.

I had a beautiful hour long massage with hot stones and it was totally relaxing and therapeutic.

The facial that I had was amazing. Starting with an eyebrow wax, then onto a facial. The cleansing, treatments and moisturing, not to mention the hot towels. I was so relaxed, I could have been anywhere in the world. I was given a gift card which I used and I will be purchasing gift cards for my friends so they to can have the same experience.

I booked a one hour massage and a facial. This was my first time for a facial ever and my first massage at pure indulgence. I expressed what I was looking for in my massage and was happy to leave the facial up to Emily as she knows better than me as an expert with skin. I was incredibly happy with my facial, Emily did a wonderful job. My skin feel beautiful an hour after the facial. I was really dissatisfied with the massage. My session also finished 40 minutes earlier than I anticipated with no explanation as to why. Overall I’m actually feeling unhappy, but also thankful for the facial. Such conflicting feelings. Difficult to understand. I was given gift cards for these services from families I work with and I don’t get the opportunity to spend money on things like this. I think more communication is needed if things change from what the client ordered. Absolutely you know best about skin, but additional communication (especially for new people) I think would really help.
