My luxury Pedi was great and very enjoyable but unfortunately when it was finished, the therapist initially put my shoe on the wrong foot to start with. Then later while I was shopping, my friend noticed that my big toe was smudged and also other toes had quite a bit of polish on them. I had to go back to have it fixed and the extra polish removed from my toes. It was here that I also noticed my shoe had polish on them from when they were accidentally put on the wrong foot. I was very grateful for the staff to fix it straight away though, as I was already over my 3 hour parking limit. Thankfully, I was able to redeem my parking at the concierge. My feet are super soft though!

I visited the westfield garden city branch for a brow shaping and my brows were absolutely destroyed. The staff member did not ask me any questions about any personal preferences regarding brow shape or thickness but rather went in guns blazing. My brows were completely uneven, the hairs were over trimmed with scissors to the point that my left brow had a completely straight edge that lined up with a scissors edge, the skin was severely pinched with tweezers on the left brow causing bleeding and the development of postules in the days that followed. It was a dissapointing experience and I won't be visiting pure indulgence again.
