The Pivot Point Academy Salon is a main-stay of Lonsdale street culture. Its doors have been open for business for 15 years and many of the clientele have been coming into the city to our salon for almost as long. Buoyed by the vibrant atmosphere, it is here that students put into practice their studies under close supervision of their mentors.
The salon has 30 workstations, clean modern décor, and a high end range of La Biosthetique products. The guidance of our experiences staff ensures that clients are rewarded with the highest level of customer service and a delightful experience.

Please give my praises and compliments to student who did my hair service today (sorry forgot her name) She was absolutely brilliant. Listened to what I asked. Executed the hair service with the utmost professionalism and even though I was late she managed to get me a 5 star service and have me back at work with 8 mins to spare (as I was on an hour lunch break). Teacher was also very professional and took the time to re-check the students work so I was 100% confident that I got a job well done. My hair feels fabulous I feel wonderful and I love the haircut. Top job and fantastic service by all at Pivot point.
