Cancellation Policy
It is our salon policy that all new guests, online bookings and specialty services require a 50% deposit to be paid to secure an appointment. Cancelling within 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of your original booking deposit.
Booked services cannot be cancelled on arrival of appointment.

Another fantastic cut and colour refresh from Kim. Everyone looked after me during my visit making sure I was well looked after with magazines, coffees and other drinks. One of the girls even went out and topped up my parking meter to make sure I could relax and I wouldn't get a nasty surprise when I got back to my car!
