Honestly haven’t stopped crying since I left, genuinely don’t think I will ever get a haircut again and I mean that sincerely because i genuinely don’t even know how i am suppose to face the world tomorrow. You will not be seeing me again.

No price list available or even a cost break down!!? I was ridiculously over charged for a crap hair cut and worst fringe ever. Not happy and will be sure to avoid in the future.

I presented for an appointment for a trim and blow dry because I had a ball to go to that night. The whole appointment was over in less than 30 mins. The hairdresser did a quick trim and then started blow drying my hair. I have very thick hair so perhaps she stopped because it was taking her too long, she then got the straightener out and straightened only the top layer. The rest had been blow dried with no brush so it was very frizzy. I didn't tell them I had an event that night but I should need to, I've always assumed 'blow dry' to mean they will blow dry it straight. I was too upset at the time to voice my concerns so I just paid and left. I was charged the same amount as when I came in last time for a 'style cut' which even at that time I didn't feel was value for money. I was unhappy the first time and was hoping the second visit would be better but it ended up being much worse.

Hi Sue Usually I am really happy walking out of the salon as I know you really put effort and concern into how I look, but I really don't like my cut and colour from yesterday. I am growing into a little bob and wanted the top layers kept how they are as it makes it easier to half tie for when I am teaching as it sticks up and gets in my face - I clearly stated this at the start and said I wanted it to stay (I said I wanted nothing cut except the very ends and fringe) but I have ended up with a bob and half my hair on top the length of my fringe.... I can't tie it up anymore and it, I really don't like it, as the shape doesnt suit my face - it does nothing for me and it's inpractcal for me when it didn't have to be. The colour as well, I just feel had no love yesterday no real advice and I feel like I liked my hair much more before I walked in, albeit I've spent $205 dollars on this, I don't mind paying anything when I walk out feeling fabulous but I'm really not happy - essentially I don't feel like I was listened too and it's really frustrating now to wait for then top part to grow out again, which is really annoying when I am teaching and as I clearly stated this. With the colour she didn't really give me direction and I really don't like the heavy top brown part then the foils only underneath. I know hair grows out but the top bit is SO short now all over I'm really disappointed and not happy with the result. Even though last time you cut a lot more off it really did suit my face so I was happy with it, and it felt like you really wanted to create something for me. I am usually happy to refer you and always walked out so happy with you that I'm really disappointed.

The staff are not particularly welcoming and it makes for an awkward atmosphere and uncomfortable experience.

Far too expensive. I've never been to a hair salon anywhere in Australia that charges that amount.
