Nicole was excellent. She encouraged me to take a small risk with the cut and I'm happy with the results. The apprentice (apologies, I can't remember her name) was good and for her first shampoo ever I thought she did very well. The scrubbing was just a tad on the rigorous side though!) The only other random thought is that as I had a sore back that day, the 'waiting cushions' just inside the door were just a bit uncomfortable as they don't have any backs to them. But that's a bit too picky on an otherwise very good experience. ,
