Had an amazing colour transformation and it with Taylor. Managed to transform my colour first go when I thought it would’ve a 12 month process and the cut was exactly what I asked for. Staff are all friendly, and I left feeling amazing. Booked again on the spot. It is on the expensive side, but you do get what you pay for. Absolutely recommend.

I love the way that the OffLondon staff cut and colour my hair, but I am constantly frustrated by how long it takes. It is not uncommon for me to wait up to half an hour before the colour and cut even starts. On my last visit, the airconditioning was not working. I was told that this has been an issue for awhile. I would like to have been informed about that when I made the booking. I would not have booked on a hot Friday afternoon if I had known that the airconditioning was not working.

The experience was very welcoming and lovely. The advise I received on what was achievable during my session was so helpful and I loved each staff member that helped me! They loaded me up with compliments and were very easy to chat to and they NAILED my hair. I love it and the price for my treatment was very reasonable. I would highly recommend (have already convinced 2 friends to go and I got my hair done 2 hours ago) (:
