Every time I go to get my hair done, it's a wonderful experience. Every experience is unique and one of a kind, always of the highest quality. Sophie is absolutely a star, professional and talented - always providing a 5 star service. The team at Moda are wonderful, the environment is always welcoming with good vibes. I'm always welcomed as family with many laughs. If I could say 3 words to describe my experience, they would be "incredible personal service". Sophie, you are great at what you do, I have no hesitation at all in coming back to see you. Definitely creating customer advocacy and going the extra mile.
