I spent $400 to have no change and transformation on my hair, expensive experience with the disappointed result. It just did my hair very dry and the colour is still orange.

Stylist was Sophie. She was more interested in her plans for the weekend, and left me at the chair with someone else blow drying my hair while she went to apply blush. After my haircut I noticed my hair at the front was quite obviously uneven and I told her and she quickly dismissed it. Finally she rushed me to finalise payment. Overall I felt my appointment was rushed and the quality I know of Moda was not there this time. I have been a loyal customer for years and will be back. Although I am extremely disappointed, at my next appointment I will be requesting a different stylist. This was my second time with her and disappointed both times!

Received a very average hair cut. Not worth the price. Did not like the vibe in the salon, will not be returning.

Way to expensive for men's hair cut, I have never paid so much for a hair cut.

The person that did my hear was clearly skilled at the cut and colour part of their job, but honestly pretty poor on the customer service side. Before beginning they said my hair was "a nasty colour" which was my own natural hair colour that hadn't been coloured in a very long time. I expect a lot of clients probably have long regrowth and old colour jobs that need refreshing post lockdown, but the attitude and multiple rude comments were not very kind or inviting. They also pulled my hair really hard when getting knots out at the basin and didn't do anything to make it a bit easier on my head. I usually wouldn't have a problem with this, but my scalp still hurt a day and a half later from this. I received a good hair cut and colour, but I didn't have a good experience. With the amount of money paid, I feel like I should have at least been able to enjoy something which would usually be a pleasureable experience.
