The salon is gorgeous, as are all the staff. They are all so approachable, friendly and professional. I go to the salon regularly and have used their spa a couple of times now. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I had forgotten that having your hair done should be an experience and Mien has reminded me of how a client should be made to feel. I enjoy every visit.

I would prefer that the person whom I have booked my appointment with ( say a senior hairdresser)carries out the entire hairdressing experience. I feel that the money I pay say, for hair colouring, is the person who later checks the corectness of the colour and is responsible for the subsequent blow dry, of my hair, and not an apprentice, as I paid for the services of a senior. Since the renovations of the salon, the cleanliness has improved.
