Hi, I was reluctant to comment on my most recent experience at your salon however, as someone who suffers from an eating disorder I was absolutely horrified to be asked by one of your beauty therapists when I was expecting a baby. I don’t appreciate comments being made about my weight and I would like to suggest that you discuss this with your employee about making inappropriate comments during an appointment. I won’t be visiting this salon any longer. Thanks, lauren

I want to start with the positive. The staff are courteous and friendly. Unfortunately, what I experienced is far from what is advertised on their website.The room in which my service was conducted looked nothing like any of the pictures advertised.The only selection of nail polish was neon bright colours and few dark colours no range of subtle tones or choice of gel or shellac nail polish. I found it disturbing that my feet were soaked in a bowl and my nails were air dyed. Why provide and charge for a manicare service if you don't have professional foot spas and nail dryers? I also feel any qualified nail technician giving a manicure or pedicure should know they have to file and shape nails evenly as part of this service. My toe nails were very noticeably uneven.So in terms of professional service this was a highly disappointing experience.

Unfortunately, despite taking the utmost of care, the shellac polish on my nails began to chip and peel in less than 3 days. Each other time that I have had shellac it has lasted at least 9 days before beginning to chip and so I am quite disappointed.
