I had foils done which were removed quite roughly pulling my hair out, the water was cold in the basin, and the drying of my hair was not done well, instead of holding my head still and drying with the other hand, she was drying with both which is kinda headache material. Two people did my curls with the straightener at the same time, which was again pulling on my head. However the senior stylist seemed to give good advice but did not tell me til the end that it would not be the colour that I expected.

I like getting my hair cuts and colors but this time there were 4 different people working on my hair during the visit. It didn't feel like there was any personal service. One if the girls had a patronizing manner which ?I didn't feel was appropriate or an enjoyable way to interact with an older client. Normally it is a pleasant visit but it just didn't feel that way this time.
