I felt comfortable and well looked after the whole time. I haven't had a haircut in a long time and was absolutely ecstatic with the results. I went from long dead hair to a medium cut and for someone who doesn't like shorter hair on herself, I'm absolutely in love. Great place - great prices - great staff. I will be back!

My experience at neutral was great. Great service. Value for money and Chelsea was honest with advice for my hair. I was over the moon with my hair colour and cut. I would highly recommend and will be going back. Thankyou
