Worst haircut I’ve had yet! Owner was gruff and overall not very friendly. Spoke rudely to staff too. Didn’t listen at all to what I was asking. Cut way more off than I’d asked for. I thought the hacking with the scissors was an interesting technique but with so many years experience and positive reviews I assumed she knew what she was doing. After going home and washing it and styling it the haircut was obviously crooked, even had random short bits hacked into it. Nothing to do now except wait for it to grow out so I can get it fixed…somewhere else!

I like getting my hair cuts and colors but this time there were 4 different people working on my hair during the visit. It didn't feel like there was any personal service. One if the girls had a patronizing manner which ?I didn't feel was appropriate or an enjoyable way to interact with an older client. Normally it is a pleasant visit but it just didn't feel that way this time.

Great Hair Cut, but I had a booked appointment, and by taking on too many more customer walk ins - my colour was neglected - therefore it didn't come down enough- and I have brassy hair because of. That combined with the most expensive time ever at a Salon, the price and the result was a mismatch unfortunately. I will go back because the cut was great, and the people lovely - just my bad luck on the day I guess.
