I had a lovely experience here! The atmosphere was friendly and cosy, and the whole visit felt relaxed and comfortable—something I rarely say about salon trips. I usually avoid salons for as long as possible because I worry about pushy upselling, unexpected costs, or walking out with a result I’m not happy with. But none of that happened here. It was refreshingly stress-free, very affordable, and I walked away genuinely happy with the result. This was by far the most positive and low-pressure salon visit I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with 99 % of my visit, only critique would be that I didn’t feel very welcome when I first walked in. Vague hello and then got a hand waved in the general direction of a chair and told to sit. I get that everyone was busy but as it was my first time there, someone greeting me would have been nice. When it came time to check computer for whatever reason, two people went to it, so a 2 mins meet and greet would go a long way to making people feel more welcome. My cut is very nice and I will go back again, maybe it was an off day
