I had a facial microdermabration today, but the staff who attended to me did more massage on my face ,neck and both arms rather than focusing on my face impection such removing white heads or other imperfections.What i paid for the service wasn”’t worth it.

The individual treatment rooms are nicely decorated. There is a good supply of products available for purchase and it's good to have 'testers'. It would be nice to have a cushion under your knees while lying on the bed having a facial. The soft lighting is nice but the music is just too loud and inappropriate so does not create a relaxing ambience in the salon. It is unpleasant the you can hear other clients in adjoining rooms and staff speaking loudly in the back room. The salon is very noisy. Prior the the commencement of a facial, a skin analysis should be done to ensure the best and most suitable treatment is performed for the client. Standards are much higher in Perth salons.

Thank you so much for fitting me in without an appointment. When I got home and had a good look at my face. 1. Eyebrow and eyelash tint was very poorly applied and patchy, obviously taken off before properly dyed. 2. Quite a few patches of hairs left after the lip wax. Regards Rochelle

A few times now, I have gone to have a relaxing time at Just you & have ended up shacking my head as there is a LPI machine going making a terrible racket (why would you have it going while getting a massage ?? WHY ?? It wasn’t the nice relaxing noise I wanted to hear – also there wasn’t any relaxing music. After my Brazilian I had to sort out some bit she had missed – Not happy I pay a lot of money to have the hair taken away – I really think Just you has dropped their standards over the last few year and I have been going there for over 5yrs – I have now starting going to the local home beauticians as you can get a more relaxing experience (also the prices are STUPID)

Sadly My regular beauty therapist was not available. I got charged more than usual for the same treatments and it wasn't as thorough a waxing as usual. The lights were off throughout the salon. I'm not sure why this was but it made the salon feel partially closed. It wasn't as comfortable as my regular visits. I rebokked but will probably change my booking if I. An get my regular therapist again. If not I shall probably look elsewhere.

Hi I wanted to come in and see you today, but I am busy at work atm. I went to have a dermabrasion on Saturday and my chin was scratched in the process. This was quite painful at the time and especially that night and as you can see there is a little bit of scabbing from the scratches. On a positive note, I did appreciate the hand/arm massage while the cream was applied, soaking, after the dermabrasion.
