Sophia was very pleasant, she cut styled my hair to my liking and would recommend John Azzi to anyone.

the stylist has cut and coloured my hair a few times and I have been happy to return. My last visit I wanted a slight change to the style I'd had for sometime, I thought it was a bit too short for my liking, but I came away with the same haircut I was trying to change. I had let my hair grow a bit longer to allow for the change but am disappointed it didn't turn out they way I imagined.

A full head of foils took almost 5 hours. I was left with dripping hair waiting to have my hair cut. The back of my blouse was soaked and I had to ask for the hair dryer to dry my back. Other customers were being seen too and I was constantly left for long periods of time making me feel that because I wasn't paying full price I could wait! The stylist stopped cutting my hair and did a blow dry in the middle of my cut. My foils were left on or not toned right because my hair is almost white. The staff knew I wasn't happy but after the time I had spent there I just had to get out. I paid $139 for a Groupon voucher and $40 toner and I will have to go and get it fixed somewhere else. Very disappointed.

I love going to John Azzi Hair Salon. It's the number one salon in Sydney and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Service is great however appt scheduling is a problem. I made an appt for 12.30 when i arrived i found out it had been moved to 1.15. The text message did advise 1.15 but i believe an appt should not be moved unless you speak to the client in person. I will be more diligent in checking the conformation sms in future. However this is not the first time my appt has been shifted without consultation.

I was kept waiting for my hair colouring for 50 minutes, someone had been slotted into my appointment The hair colourist I had booked for did not do my hair colouring as another colourist had been arranged for me The result of the new hair colourist was not quite what I had hoped for or expected from my normal colourist Normally I would have given a higher rating for value for money experience, but above experiences changed my rating Hair cut was terrific as usual (John is my stylist)
