I was charged $180 for a simple trim and blow dry/curl which seemed really excessive, especially given that my hair had gone flat by the time I got home five minutes later.

I came in for a wash and blowdry The shampoo was rough and far too firm it felt like she was in a hurry The girl told me she won’t condition my roots only the mid length and ends because I have extensions she “didn’t want them to slip out” I’ve had micro bead extensions in for 6 months with weekly wash and blowdry and no one has ever said this when I’ve had a wash Then when drying my hair I asked for a wave through it When using the flat iron to make a wave in my hair she pulled so hard I had to move my head toward her to relieve the uncomfortableness And she pulled so hard and right on the wave that I now have a migraine My natural hair wasn’t touched with the flat iron and is now frizzy and messy and looks completely different to the rest of my hair The girl was nice and friendly however she seemed very inexperienced and certainly not what I’d ever pay $60 for ever again At the least she needs to address her styling techniques Far too rough and she pulled that hard that one of my micro beads has pulled out about 2cm and they were only tightened on Tuesday I’m really disappointed, I won’t return

I booked in to get my hair done for a special event specifying I wanted hot rollers to ensure a voluminous and bouncy look. I was there for a 2.5 hours only to be told after the wash that there were no hot rollers and ghd was the only option. I said it would make my hair flat. The hairdresser agreed it would not provide volume. The hair was done terribly and flat after a couple of hours. I could have done it better myself. It was a waste of time and the style was embarrassing. So disappointed and now at a loss for the event. Really terrible service and professionalism.

Great cut no problem with that But too many people Asked to move seats three times. One to sit in reception in full view of the window with the colour on Never offered a drink at all Too many people booked in Wanted to discuss a slight variation to my colour and didn’t have time Really poor service and won’t be back Shame

Received a call to move my appt from 5pm to 3pm which was fine, I was happy to help with your appts that day but I was not informed that I would be seen by a junior, someone who did not know how to wash or blow dry hair. No knowledge on products, I had to ask her to spray detangling spray in my hair because she couldn’t comb the knots out. Nor did she rinse the shampoo out of my hair at the basin so my hair was one entire knot. How does anyone walk out of a hair salon with worse hair than what they walked in with? I love your salon but please inform clients if they are being seen to by a junior with no basic experience.
