A bit rough when pulling the wax off my eyebrows, and she didn't put her finger on the area to stop it hurting straight after pulling the wax off.

I had a second eyelash lift and tint late March, having had a previous excellent experience with the same treatment at In Therapy last December. This time sticky tape was used on my lower and upper lids and it was painful to peel off the delicate eyelid skin. It left an unpleasant sticky residue, and I was actually peeling bits of tape off my lids and brows for the next hour. In addition, the tint was only left on for 2 minutes and it was only applied to the tips of my upper lashes, so I did not get the lovely deep colour or the "eyeliner effect" that normally accompanies a lash tint. The lash lift and curl was well done, but the sticky tape and makeup remover products used were nasty.
