I can't fault the expertise of the staff members nor their willingness to share their knowledge of both product and services. I did note that my appt time began with filling out a form and therefore the actual beauty treatment didn't commence at the appt time but 15 mins later. Perhaps first time customers could be asked to attend 5-10 mins earlier than the appt start time?
