I am glad you sent out this feedback request as I have been meaning to let you know that I am actually quite hesitant to do my g-string wax at your place. I have had a few, not sure how many, maybe 3-4 and I always end up having 'the new girl', all quite young and inexperienced with an unprofessional attitude. I don't have the time and/energy to go further into it but hope this raises a flag for you. The reason I keep going back is because it's so close to home and each time I think 'it will be ok'.

It's difficult to relax and enjoy a treatment when the beauty therapist is constantly trying to sell you products even after you say you're not interested repeatedly during the treatment. It is unclear why they would then try to sell you the products again at the front counter when you are trying to leave. I'm sure they are pressured into doing this by management though.

The salon is nice looking and the therapist was a really nice person although a little too chatty perhaps and not as calm / peaceful as I would have liked. The service was good although too expensive in comparison to other salons. The pressure to upsell is always highly evident too. I found it annoying that the salon highly advertised it’s commitment to being eco friendly / recycling although there is a fee that the customer has to pay for this ! charged on top of the already expensive service. I think this ethical commitment ( which is admirable) should be paid for by the service and advertised in a non overt / humble way if this is what they want to achieve in good conscience.

I haven’t been coming as much, as I don’t love the “selling” while I’m enjoying me time. I feel very pressured to buy products and have started going elsewhere; as I don’t enjoy the experience as much anymore. I get asked in several ways about my routine, then asked while getting treated to add on... it’s too much. The facials are a selling experience now, rather than an enjoyable experience.
