Only thing I found strange this visit was hair at neckline was bone dry after it had been washed by Lily I dont think it was washed as I couldn't feel her washing this only the hair on top of head . The Polish lady who cut my hair was lovely even though I was booked in with Danielle who had apparently left but was not informed of this but overall happy with my lovely cut.

Ruby loves coming to have her nails done with Lisa. Lisa chats to her and Ruby feels comfortable, valued and respected. Lisa always does a great job with Ruby's nails - always mindful that she's not supposed to have them done with still being at school! But Lisa doing her nails has stopped Ruby biting them, so it's a win, win for us! Lisa keeps them as clear and as plain as she can, while still making them look and feel great! Ruby absolutely loves coming to Houghton Cuts so thank you once again Lisa!
