i would like to have the option to have a facial on the table rather than in the massage chair. while the face mask is working I would like to have either a hand or neck massage rather than just waiting for the next step;

Thankyou so much for your feedback . We will certainly take this on board . We now offer you the option of either having a hand or scalp massage during the time your mask is left . As to having a facial on the table/bed rather than the reclining chair we can certainly offer you that option if you prefer. In most cases our clients find the reclining chairs so much more comfortable as it fits your body contour but we can try the other option for you next time you visit us.Once again thankyou for your feedback as it helps us to improve on our quality of service .

Hi Heavenly Bliss Beauty! I loved the environment of Heavenly Bliss Beauty as I felt really relaxed as I first walked in. It was my first time getting a spray tan (ever) and I’m super happy I tried it with you because you use organic spray tan which I love the thought of! The only thing is, parts of my body (specifically arms and chest) were a bit patchy and It wasn’t spread evenly. The other thing - I wore a bikini top which had strings going around my neck and back to hold it in place. Because it was my first spray tan I didn’t think to tuck the straps in so there wouldn’t be a clear line on my back and shoulder. I completely understand this was my responsibility too but I’d have loved to be reminded and given some advice. But please don’t get me wrong because your staff and the environment was amazing! 🤗 I think it would have been amazing if the staff could check over the tan when they’re done spraying to make sure the colour is completely even everywhere 😄

A very relaxing couple of hours - great consultation and appreciated the follow up email (explaining again how to use the new treatments I had purchased). The only feedback is in relation to one of the new products I purchased, as I had never purchased it before I was totally unfamiliar with the packaging; the moisturiser had a very unusual pump - after a while I worked it out but there is a risk I could have broken the packing trying to get it working!! Thank you
