My last waxing appointment was a little disappointing. For the first time at this salon I had my arms waxed and although it was a last minute decision on my behlaf the consultation was rushed and there were alot of missed patches. On this occassion for both my arm and bikini wax the wax was glugy and kept sticking whch was quite painful when removing. My skin esp on my arms was irritated for a few days in the patches where it felt at the time my skin was being ripped off. I have had arm waxing before and not had this experience. Unfortunately I did not see who I normally would and I understand that everyone has diff techniques.

I am new to the area and have only visited the salon a couple of times so far, but I will have no hesitation in making further appointments based on my experiences to date. I do find the cost a little on the high side, however I have been extremely happy with the services received and the salon in general.
