Although overall experience is excellent find it quite Expensive . This won't stop me going back However will impact on frequency . Would love to go in weekly however can't justify $75 weekly .

I was extremely happy with my hair - the staff were fabulous and I would recommend this salon to others. On a disappointing note I e-mailed the salon on Monday as I had discovered that I had been overcharged for a tint toner when I was actually told that I did not have one - that they would check the colour when I was dried off. My error I should have checked the receipt before I left but I had been there for some time and just wanted to get back to the city. In all honesty I would not have worried to much if it were only ten or twenty dollars but it was $46.50 a bit much for something you did not receive - I am still waiting a response - this has dampened my feelings a little on the salon.

I have absolute faith in the service I receive at this salon, and specifically can recommend Rinaldo to provide and excellent cut/style/blow wave... I can get cheaper elsewhere yes but not with the same assurance that I will like the finished look. Excellent advice on hair care too and always delivered with sensitivity and professionalism and with a cup of tea coffee or even champagne! Highly recommended

Was in Melbourne on a really hot day (44C) and went into the North Balwyn salon to get an appointment. I was really cheeky and said "How about today?" Anyway I was able to get a cut in 20 minutes, (thank goodness people had cancelled) ... that is amazing service! My hair was looking awful as I'd had it cut somewhere else, poor Ronaldo had to fix the mess. I came out one hour or so later and my hair looked amazing. So many people have since commented on the great hair style. Thank you so much, Ronaldo! Makes me feel so much better. Now I'll have to always get my hair cut in Melbourne!
