The staff are lovely and the salon nice however it is ridiculously over priced. I went In with my 10 year old son for a trim and I was charged $60. No price list visible however it’s a kids cut so how much could it possible be. When I questioned if that price was correct I was told that’s what they charge for a 9-10 year old simple boys cut, it was really a trim around the collar no lines or anything fancy. So for this reason I would never go back there.

I used to like this salon but now they are not using Keretase products so very disappointed

I am very unhappy that your customers are being forced to pay $2 per visit towards the charity of your choice. it should be optional.

My feedback is based purely on process and customer service. I was very happy with the standard of the blow wave I received but was unhappy with the booking system and the subsequent delay in receiving my treatment. I booked online and selected a time. i then received a phone call from the salon requesting that I come in 45 minutes earlier. i agreed. Having arrived at the earlier time, i then had to wait 40 minutes before I received my treatment. Although the staff were extremely apologetic, explaining that they were understaffed etc I fail to see why a phone could not have been made to ask me to come in later rather than have me sit there and waste my time.

I waited an additional 35 mins after the start of my appointment for you hair stylist to come to me. While they stated I would have to pay a $50 fee if I cancelled, it is apparent there was no discount to me if they were running late. I would seriously reconsider using their services again. No explanation was given, it was just assumed my time wasn't important.
