I have been going to Heading Out for over 20 years, initially at the Brunswick branch and for the last 12 years at the Balwyn branch. All the staff are amazing. The quality of the cuts and the quality of the hair colour products are what keeps me coming back to them. Stella and Minh are phenomenal hairdressers. You won’t find anyone better!

First appointment went terrible, colour was horrible. I also have chemical burns to my scalp because the bleach was literally rubbed into my scalp. The hair dressers were quite rough when at the basin (I have swelling at the base of my head) and the hair pulling was so painful. I have never experienced this at any other salon!!! I chose this salon because of the reviews as well as their social media presence. I'm highly disappointed especially paying $700 basically for swelling and chemical burns.
