In the salons 33rd year the hard work has paid off, with Head Studio winning many awards over the years ,2007 National L’Oreal Professional Colour Trophy Award, known as the Oscars of the hairdressing industry. Head Studio did an amazing job today helping out a stranded traveller. Looked after me so well, fantastic cut and colour, can’t recommend them highly enough!

Literally given the opposite of the haircut that I requested. Distraught. Just asked for a bit of the ends and specifically described how I liked it (I've had the same haircut for a decade), specifying 'no short layers' - I was given the Rachel. I'm absolutely distraught.

Absolutely distraught. Received literally the opposite of the haircut I requested. Just went in for a trim. I specifically requested a little weight out of the ends and said ‘but no short layers, because it makes my hair too poofy’ then corrected her again when she asked how short the layers should be -‘nothing short just some weight out of the ends.’ Yet I have been given an outgrown mullet! She also didn’t speak to me until after someone else had washed my hair - she might have noticed the texture and thickness of my hair if she had of seen it dry. I’m inconsolably distraught. It’s going to take years to grow my hair back. I’ve not been in Perth for a few years, so haven’t visited in a while but the entire tone of the place has changed too, not as welcoming as it used to be.
