My customer service experience was excellent from the moment I walked in the door and throughout my time there. The salon decor, chill music and it's friendly and professional staff created a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. I am really pleased with my cut and colour and absolutely plan on returning.

Very happy with my haircut today and friendly staff. Please check booking system as my last visit scheduled on my card wasn’t actually in the booking system for some reason. I rang to check after not getting a text before hand and rescheduled. This was fine as I was actually pretty busy that day anyway. Also maybe look at repainting the ceiling above the hair wash area as it’s fairly visible when lying down on the chairs. Thanks.

Mackenzie is fabulous! She always does my hair perfectly. All the staff at Harmony are friendly, professional and great at their jobs!
