Despite an appointment it took 30 minutes before they got started. If you are running late just call and let the client know before hand that would be better. The Consultancy, treatment and result is excellent as always. Great job Ann!! Suggestion to improve: Offer free Wifi and good coffee; you could put a little Nespresso machine in the salon. Put some pictures on the walls the salon looks so bare! See you again soon!
