Molly's approach was very sensible - first, an interview to find out how I usually styled my hair and if I wanted any changes, then she did a preliminary cut, after which she dried my hair and continued the cutting and styling until it was "just right". She also reminded me how to use the spray wax I had bought several visits ago. She was not overly talkative or inquisitive, but responded appropriately to the few comments I made. She apologized several times for not being able to take me "on the dot" of my appointment time, which hadn't bothered me a bit because I was enjoying my short white whilst I knit on a Christmas present. All in all, an excellent experience - the exact opposite of the last hair cut I had (last March) in the King William Road shop, which was TERRIBLE!!! I'm sticking with the Next Generation shop from now on.
