I am always happy with Hair Artistique and feel good after going there to get my hair cut & coloured.

I strongly prefer to have my hairdresser and not be booked in with one of her colleagues. Although my hairdresser provides guidance and instruction to her colleagues when they do my colour, the colour never lasts as long when someone other than mypreferred hairdresser applies my colour.

This was my 3rd appointment at Hair Artistique. The first 2 cut & colours were pretty good, but this was definitely a step backwards. When I arrived on time my hairdresser was still with her last client, but instead of finishing her cut, she then started cutting my hair, then flipped back to the other client because not surprisingly she needed to leave. Another client came in, so she then stopped cutting my hair and started cutting the new clients hair. She eventually came back and finished cutting my hair. It was all very disjointed, and once I got home and had a decent look at my cut, I ended up with a very patchy and average hair cut & colour for which I paid $110 ( I am a male with short hair). I did make another appointment, but having gone home and seeing the end result I won't go back.
