Shahin and Kunal Joshi have been a team in the beauty industry for 11 years, working in the busiest shopping centre in Perth. Originally operating under a franchise system, Shahin and Kunal both felt that they could offer more to their clients and the industry by operating under their own brand. Shahin manages the salon and training, with Kunal bringing his management, sales and marketing skills to the mix. Over the past 11 years Shahin has shaped and enhanced more than 80,000 brows. She has also trained more than 70 staff in brow shaping and other brow and lash services.

I have been to this site before to have my eyelashes tinted and lifted, and also my eyebrows done. The service i had recently was fine, but the staff member wasn't particularly friendly, barely spoke to me and when i was laying with my eyes shut didn't make noise or tell me before touching my eyes. It was ok, it wasn't the worst experience but it really highlighted the difference between this customer experience and all my other ones at this site which have been great. The staff have offered my cushions because I'm quite tall and the chairs are not designed for my height, they have used their hands or positioned their heads to block the over head lights shining in to my eyes when i tell them i have trouble looking up into the lights because my eyes are light sensitive, or they make noises and communicate clearly when they around me while i have my eyes shut during a treatment and check that I'm ok and my eyes feel ok. They also always double check what colour/treatment i want before proceeding with it. As i said the treatment i got on Sunday was fine, the service wasn't particularly warm or friendly, but it really highlighted how good the customer service usually is and what keeps me coming back.
