I gave reference photos, and discussed the length would be left below my shoulders, as I just wanted slight shaping to my hair. Instead, I was left with a bob, and no shaping. So so upset, I actually cried after my visit as I have a big birthday and have no self-confidence with my extremely short hair now. I spoke to salon and they refunded the appointment cost, but they were not very apologetic or meaningful in their response to my despair.

Really disappointed by my haircut and the way my stylist reacted. I showed a specific photo of the length I wanted my hair, and received a cut that was considerably shorter. When I mentioned it to my stylist, she just shrugged at me and handed me a payment terminal. It was a really disappointing experience to both receive a very different haircut than what I’d requested and then have the stylist not acknowledge this or apologize for poorly executing my haircut. She also uncomfortably asked me several times to consider dyeing my hair and implying that it didn’t look good with its natural colour. It’s a fine haircut but I wouldn’t go back since the stylist I had was not attentive to my request or receptive to the feedback I gave.

I clearly explained what I wanted and showed how short I wanted the front pieces of my hair to be but I still ended up with a completely different haircut. I pointed to my cheekbones for reference of where I wanted the SHORTEST layers to be but they somehow ended up going up to my eyebrows. As for the ends that I wanted cut off, it is completely uneven and I have strands of hair sticking out, it looks terrible. During the blow dry, which was not as bouncy as I asked it to be, the hairdresser kept getting the brush stuck in my hair.

Great haircut by a really skilled stylist (Grace), but a little disappointed that my appointment was rushed as my stylist had been booked in with another customer during my session - my stylist didn’t have enough time to properly style and finish my hair (I left looking a little puffy and frizzy) . I just felt it was a bit rushed for a £60 cut - but other than that it was great and nice salon.

Very good experience and value for money. I appreciate that every time I go I get a nice head massage during the shampoo and they are generous when using product to style my hair

Fabulous haircut from a talented and knowledgable hairdresser (Grace). No complaints, she did a wonderful job and I felt in very safe hands. Unfortunately the gentleman on the front desk made me feel pretty unwelcome. He didn't smile once, looked me up and down judgmentally when I walked in. And generally just gave off an air of disdain, like I was an annoyance for him to have to deal with. Midway through the haircut he very unsubtly interrupted us to tell Grace she only had a few minutes until her next appointment, which frankly made me feel like I was being rushed through. Then on payment, just a very cold, almost mean-girls-esque demeanour. Dude, can you at least *try* and make it look like you don't hate the clients?! Horrible.
