Comment
Treatment and service was great but the atmosphere was fresh when you first walk and the new face of the shop looks very modern and upbeat but when getting my treatment I felt it was to bright and the music was wrong choose and to loud, I couldn’t collect my own thoughts and didn’t feel as relaxed as I did prior to the renovation. Feel that it’s need to be a more relaxing environment when getting your treatment as I enjoy relaxing while being pampered but unfortunately didn’t feel relaxed at all as a result I didn’t feel like I was being pampered. Also what’s with the gloves being worn during a facial all I could smell was the gloves!
