Not happy with the end of my service and that ruined the whole experience, was never asked how I would like my hair styled I as given a half blow dry By the apprentice my hair still wet and then rushed out of the chair. I had to ask her to re blow my hair and put some fly away cream. Not a great end to my experience, I liked the colour but the end had left me feeling terrible! I then had to go home and straighten my own hair after spending $460 on the service. The amount of money I had spent I could have gone to a up market blonde salon.

I’ve been visiting this salon regularly and always had great experiences, however this time I’ve been left really disappointed. I saw a new stylist and after telling them exactly what I wanted (going lighter), they told me it wouldn’t look okay, the colours would make me look sullen and washed out. Instead they insisted on adding low lights and a root fade. I pushed back and said I didn’t want this but they told me to trust them, so I did. I ended up spending $420 on hair that’s even darker than what I walked in with. It looked alright it the salon lighting, but a couple of days later I called to politely speak about how disappointed I was and change my next appointment, but they did not want to listen to me, and they rushed me off the phone. So disappointing, but hey maybe it was just a bad day because I normally can’t fault a single thing about my salon experience here!

The staff are always lovely, however my usual stylist was available. Although I had a discussion with the stylist before she started with a colour, foils and a cut -unfortunately I didn’t feel that the end result for my hair matched what I had specifically requested. I had also shown a photo and asked for an ‘obvious’ change with some dramatic foils...but the overall result was barely noticeable and very similar to the colour I came in with. The cut was good and I was treated very well, but unfortunately I felt for the price I had paid a lot, for very little difference overall.
