I always leave with the most shinest, well cut hair. And it lasts (colour and cut) for so long; that's the main this for me. Briony is also really professional and offers suggestions, which I need. The only reason I have a slightly lower score regarding recommendations to family and friends is due to parking availability and accessibility (due mainly to the amount of construction happening in the area with the light rail and high rises). It doesn't worry me but I know it would annoy some.
