Hi, the service was very good but I the room where I had the wax done was in very poor condition. The floor and furniture was dirty with dust, wax, hair, rubbish and the towel I was offered to use had obviously been used as it smelled and it looked dirty. I believe hygiene should be a must in a place where our skins are treated. I left with my feet all sticky with wax that I couldn’t avoid that was covering the floor. I would personally think twice before going back.

Great job on the eyelash tint, it does look lovely! Although I found when removing the tint the water was cold (Ive had luke warm before which was more comfortable) and when removing the tint it was a bit rough and Id prefer a more gentle approach, especially because its your eyes and you have delicate skin, plus you dont really want hard pressure on your eyeballs. Other than that I would have it done again!

The facial was lovely but just incredibly short for the $140 I paid. The actual facial itself went for just under 40minutes. I was definitely on time so the problem wasn’t at my end. It kind of felt rushed because I was the last appointment and I guess it’s everyones home time. It has made me think about trying somewhere else next time though.

I have always had an amazing experience, however my recent eyebrow wax was sub standard. The tint was too dark despite being asked to go light and I had to pluck hairs post wax due to lack of detail. I usually love my treatments so am sad about this time.

I was not overly happy with the treatment and I was talked into going for a more expensive facial, which in end I didn't feel was value for money, given the slightly cheaper option I originally booked in for offered more such as extractions. Its unfortunate as I will not be returning.

This was my first appointment with Face + Body Clinic. I am a local and googled and saw you had top ratings in Manly. I normally go to other beauticians in Manly and Freshwater but I thought I would give you a try for an eye lash tint. Online it says your eyelash tint is $21 but it cost me $25.27 so you will need to update that. Secondly, the lady who was my technician was slightly overly familiar in her manner when she met me and probably not professional enough (she said she thought I looked familiar and had been there before and I kept saying I hadn't), and later she was delayed in answering my questions so I always felt like she was not really engaging with me. After she had applied the tint, she sat at my head and used her phone!!!! I could not believe this. Firstly, I felt 'watched' and uncomfortable, secondly, I try not to use my own phone near my brain, and thirdly, she could have spent the time relaxing me with a head or hand massage (which is common at my other treatment places) or at least left the room so I could relax a little. So overall, not the greatest experience. The tint was well done and left on for long enough but I probably won't be back. Kind regards.
