Eyebrow wax and tint looks worse than when I went in. Very rushed. Brows still messy and hairy, tint applied quickly and messily. Very disappointed

Beautician does not know me asked nothing about my skin, did not even look at it, apparently there was incorrect information recorded on my notes which would have been discovered early in the treatment if any discussion had taken place. My skin has been over exfoliated especially around the eye area which now feels like sandpaper and has two big red rings around them. Teagen was an excellent therapist and I have been coming to F2F for a long time so very disappointed at the lack of communication and skill exhibited by your therapist, she never told me her name. Margaret at the counter was lovely however

I have been a long term client of face to face and have never had an issue with the salon. However on Thursday the beautician I had I hope I do not have again, I don't know who it was as there was no name tag. She told me during our chat that she hates waxing, this was obvious, I have been having my legs waxed for 30 years and my bikini line for 15 years and never before have I had to go home and shower due to the amount of wax that was left on my legs and bikini line, she was messy and left wax on the bed which had dripped off in the process. I had my eyebrows waxed and had to go home and pluke them to even them up as they were not the same. I asked for the tops to be done, they were not shaped. I was just left not feeling as though I was happy with the service I was given. This is only the second time I have not been happy with the salon. Kind regards Frances Miller
