Quality of your wax is poor. You should not be using wax strips on brows but thicker wax that reduces pain. Brow wax is expensive and price increases by 1 dollar every year. I paid $20 today and left with bruised brow. I will be finding an alternative. High staff turn over means I can't get a regular person to wax my brows. Don't know why you can't keep staff. I've only been going for the convenience.

I was given the wrong information about IPL when I first started. I was told 4-5 sessions and no hair will ever grow again. I was also told it didn't feel any different to waxing! My last session was intense, more then getting tattooed. Very happy with the girl who has been giving me IPM the past couple of sessions. She's friendly, remembers our last conversations and makes me feel comfortable. I have constantly been recommending IPL to my sisters and friends, it truly makes life so much easier!

Thankyou for your feedback. We do apologize if you were given wrong information on IPL. All of our staff are trained in the knowledge of IPL treatments and generally clients will need approximately 4-5 sessions with maintenance session required 1-2 times per year. Most people will find IPL does hurt less than waxing although pain tolerance may vary with treatments. IPL sessions will generally go up in intensity for optimum results, please be advised that your therapist will always ask how you found your previous treatment and alter the intensity for your comfort.

Somemoreplaces to sit in the waiting area would be good. Quick professional service was great.

No after care advice given for my piercing, the girl wasn't at all friendly and made me feel bad for seeking the service. I have had a few piercings and I thought her manner was quite unprofessional. She came out to the waiting room in the surgical gloves, signed another client in and used the buttons on the computer all before inviting me into the room, using those same, now possibly contaminated gloves to pierce me..I was too scared to say anything because she was quite abrupt. I am hoping it doesn't get infected. There was no thank you or after care advice.. Not much care at all. Feel free to contact me if you need more info 0430 313 959
