I am very happy with the Frankston team, they are very professional and pleasant. Since I received my first voucher some years ago as a gift, I do not go anywhere else for my beauty treatments unless it is at the Mornington salon. I am more than happy!

I had Gabbi do my waxing for the first time, she was amazing! So quick, efficient and did a great job. Already told my friends about her and will request her next time!

I had a 3/4 leg wax done, to which I have stripes of hair still on my thighs. I also asked for my eyebrows to be tidied up, and specifically said that I liked the thickness and the shape I just wanted them to be a little tidier. To which the lady made the ends very thin and left the other ends quite thick. The music was horrible, and the technician wasn't very nice, there were a lot of awkward silences as she would just say nothing when I asked her something. The lady on the front desk was very nice amd helped me change my booking time.

I am sorry to hear that you experience with us wasn't to your liking. If you are willing to come back into the salon over the weekend the hairs that was left behind on your legs can be removed and also add points on to your card, for you to use on your next visit for your eyebrows. If you would like to call the salon on 97831322 and speak to the manger personally she can arrange this for you. We will endeavor to make sure that this doesn't happen again.

I find the ladies at the Frankston salon very helpful. They are always happy to listen and give advice. Its great getting a text to remind about appointments.
