I had a 3/4 leg wax done, to which I have stripes of hair still on my thighs. I also asked for my eyebrows to be tidied up, and specifically said that I liked the thickness and the shape I just wanted them to be a little tidier. To which the lady made the ends very thin and left the other ends quite thick. The music was horrible, and the technician wasn't very nice, there were a lot of awkward silences as she would just say nothing when I asked her something. The lady on the front desk was very nice amd helped me change my booking time.

My experience with Essential Beauty Frankston has always been pleasant. Any issues I have had during my visits the team there have always done what they can to fix my problems or concerns. Overall a good Salon and I will definitely continue my visits and recommend to my friends, Thank you.

The young girl with the peircings was fabolous. Very freindly. I have had 3 peircings done there prior & she has been the best by far. Great technique...

I had my navel pierced at Essential Beauty Frankston. The girl who did the piercing appeared to have some considerable difficulty getting the needle through my skin, and it was a tad more painful than I was anticipating. I was told to expect some swelling and was given a long belly bar, but the opposite ended up being the case -- the piercing shrank such that it can be difficult finding jewellery to fit. My options now are to keep the piercing I have, or remove the jewellery, let it heal over the next few months, and try again -- with no guarantee that the next attempt will fare any better. I don't know if this result was caused by the difficult initial piercing, or my body's reaction to it -- probably a combination of both. This is not my first treatment at this salon -- I have had eyebrow waxing done, tinting, even had my eyebrows tattooed! This is my first semi-negative experience, but also my most recent. Overall, yes, I would recommend them, for friendliness, courtesy, overall professionalism, and knowledge.

I had Gabbi do my waxing for the first time, she was amazing! So quick, efficient and did a great job. Already told my friends about her and will request her next time!
